Probably 4 of every 5 buyers I work with are re-locating from out of town. That’s the work I’ve done best and the work I’ve enjoyed most, since 1984, and since 1990 in the North Valley. 

I like to work with families with kids, and much of the time I try to find a home near a good school. Our schools are rated “Excelling,” “Highly Performing” and 3 other ratings.  I almost always am able to find a family home near excelling or highly performing schools in suitable neighborhoods. Good schools attract good people, so even if you don't have children, consider using a good school district as a basis for searching for a home.
